By Courier  

   This is the best method of Shipping for small orders (upto 100 Kgs). Although costlier when compared with other methods of shipping still it is a quick method (delivery time 5 days for most locations) & less troublesome for the customers. # We also send Goods on “To Pay” (Freight Collect) basis, only if you have an account number with any courier company.

 

By Airmail  

   This is a good shipping method for orders above 100 Kgs to 2000 Kgs. This method is also quicker when compared to sea and other slower modes of delivery. By this method, the delivery is made only up to the nearest airport of the customer & the delivery time is only one week. From the airport the customer has to get the delivery of the goods by himself or by engaging an agent for this purpose. For details please e-mail us.


# We also send Goods on "To Pay" (Freight Collect) basis, only if you have an "Nominee" or arrangement with any carrier line.

 

By Sea   

   This is a best suited for larger loads where customers have time to receive their goods. This type of shipment is particularly suitable for orders above 500 Kgs or more. The delivery time of this mode of shipment is 2 months and the delivery is made upto the nearest seaport of the customer. The Sea Freight varies greatly depending upon the shipping line and shipping destination. So the shipping charge by this mode will be quoted only when the order quantity & order destination is known.

 

We accept following methods of Payments

 


By T.T. OR Wire Tranfer OR Bank Tranfer

   We accept payments made by T.T. Transfer. We provide all the necessary information to complete the transfer. If the Customer has any problem in any sending payment by Wire Transfer we assist him in doing so.

 


By Cheque / Demand Draft  

Customers can also pay by Cheque or D.D. But the only drawback in sending payments by this method is that we receive payment in our account about 40 days of receipt of cheque and only after this the goods will be sent to the customers. So customers have to wait about 3 months after sending the cheque.

 

The following should be observed while sending the payment by T.T (wire) :



1. Our Account Name must be clearly mentioned in the form filled in for sending the payment.

2. Our Account Number must be clearly mentioned in the form filled in for sending the payment.

3. Our Bank's Address and SWIFT code must be clearly mentioned.

4. The Customers are advised to send receipt of transfer either by email or by fax as soon as the transfer is completed.

We do not accept credit cards, E-gold or paypal


 

Ordering


Please select the product code number, which you require and tell us. We will send you the prices of items required with other details such as size and pcs per Kg. When you decide your purchases and quantity, we shall send you Performa Invoice for payment. We start work on your order when you confirm our Performa Invoice and send us payment.

 

Delivery Time


Delivery time of the goods for most items ranges is 25 to 35 days depending upon the quantity.

 

Delivery System


Orders to be delivered by air are shipped from the Indira Gandhi International (I.G.I.) Airport, New Delhi, INDIA . We use to send the goods from our warehouse to New Delhi by road.

 

Shipping Information


1). Either you provide us D.H.L. / FedEx / Airborne / UPS / DTDC  Courier account number OR goods will be sent to you by courier & we've to adjust courier charges in your Invoice.

2). We can also ship the goods from New Delhi Airport to your Air port. In this case we send the goods either fright collect basis or you can pay us & we shall charge into Performa Invoice. We shall tell you the shipping charges by good Airlines (Cheaper Airline also on request) upto your Airport for which we need accurate International Airport name.

 

Packing Information


Most of the items are packed individually in small corrugated boxes and marked properly their product number. Small boxes are kept in a master container up to weight of 20 to 30 kg. to become handy.

Will be provided at the time of transferring of funds by T/T or by Swift Method (Wire Transfer) when you wish to place order.
